Training

In 1986 Sheri graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law Magna Cum Laude. She was selected for membership in the Order of the Coif which accepts law graduates that are in the top 10 percent of their class. She served on the Georgia Law Review in 1984-85. Prior to going to law school, Sheri graduated with Highest Distinction from Emory University with a B.B.A. in accounting. While at Emory, Sheri served as president of Beta Alpha Psi, the accounting honor society. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Tennessee. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the National Lawyers’ Association and the Christian Legal Society.
